Lesson Objective

During this lesson, the learner will learn to recognize and recover from a stall that occurs during a turn.

Content

  • Stick back
  • Nose rising
  • Decreasing airspeed
  • Decreasing wind noise
  • Mushy controls
  • Buffeting

Completion Standard

The learner will be able to list and recognize the warning signs of a stall, and can recover from a stall in a turn with minimal loss of altitude. Leading up to the stall, maintain bank within 10 degrees.
