  • Staying behind the towplane before the glider is airborne
  • Staying behind the towplane before the towplane is airborne
  • Correct position behind the towplane after both aircraft are airborne
  • Proper position of controls on takeoff

Completion Standard

The learner will be able to:

  • recognize and compensate for a crosswind on takeoff
